The NCMS/NAM is located at 1200 Stewart Avenue adjacent to the Meadowbrook Parkway in Garden City, New York.  Our telephone number is 516-832-2300.

From Points West

• Northern Parkway East to Meadowbrook Parkway South (Jones Beach).
• Take Exit M3 Stewart Ave. and follow signs to Stewart Ave East.
• Turn Left on Stewart and move to far right lane ASAP!
• Turn right into second driveway– before parkway ramp.

From Points East

• Northern Parkway West to Meadowbrook Parkway South (Jones Beach).
• Take Exit M3 Stewart Ave. and follow signs to Stewart Ave East.
• Turn Left on Stewart and move to far right lane ASAP!
• Turn right into second driveway– before parkway ramp.

From the South Shore

• Meadowbrook Parkway North
• Take Exit M3 Stewart Ave. and follow signs to Stewart Ave East.
• Turn Left on Stewart and move to far right lane ASAP!
• Turn right into second driveway– before parkway ramp.
